3.1 One Account Per Person
Each eligible person may hold only one active phonejoy account. The opening of duplicate accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited. phonejoy employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be suspended and any associated bonus winnings forfeited.
3.2 Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your phonejoy account, including your legal full name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phonejoy login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. phonejoy will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify phonejoy support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 Account Currency
All phonejoy accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are all processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
phonejoy is required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be triggered at deposit, at the Company's discretion, or upon any material change to account information.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period requested by phonejoy will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality. phonejoy reserves the right to close non-compliant accounts and, where legally required, report suspicious activity to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC).

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. phonejoy will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits processed in error must be reported to support immediately — phonejoy bears no liability for funds deposited by the player's own mistake.
phonejoy does not charge deposit fees. However, third-party payment processors or banks may impose transaction fees independent of phonejoy's control.
Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with all applicable bonus wagering requirements. phonejoy processes all approved withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum single withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Processing Times
Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically completed within 2–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. VIP Gold and Diamond tier members benefit from priority processing queues.
6.3 Withdrawal Documentation
phonejoy reserves the right to request supporting documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, including identity documents, proof of payment method, and source-of-funds declarations where required by anti-money laundering regulations.
6.4 Bonus Balance
Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances — and winnings derived from bonus play that have met all applicable wagering requirements — are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw an active bonus balance without completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

Upon account termination for cause, phonejoy may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining account balance where such balance is reasonably connected to prohibited conduct. Where termination is initiated by phonejoy without cause or at the player's request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following satisfactory KYC clearance.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. No player acquires any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of phonejoy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phonejoy's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the Platform, or any game outcome shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and, if desired, request closure of your account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

If the dispute is not resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where the dispute relates to a matter within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction.
